An Italian firm has launched an international SIM that’s fed
with credits and free WhatsApp data for users across 150 plus nations.
Zeromobile is the company that’s about to launch WhatSim to tackle the issue of
higher roaming charges and lack of free Wi-Fi
faced by people travelling cross border. Users will get the SIM via the
WhatSim website (for around INR 1000 including shipping). Users can send free
unlimited text messages for one year using this App while text messages via
WhatsApp, updates, location etc are always free.
Users will
have to get credits in order to share photos, videos and voice messages. Zero
Mobiles is planning to distribute the SIM via local distributers across 100
countries in the near future.
